Research on the Enhancement of the Ability of Young Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract


At present, young teachers play an important role in the education and teaching of higher vocational colleges. However, because of young teachers’ own capabilities, the school policy and the influence of social environment, there are all kinds of problems although the number of young teachers are more and more, for example, the insufficiency of young teachers' teaching experience, weak occupational identity. At the same time, young teachers own social service consciousness is not high. Therefore, higher vocational colleges should pay special attention to improving the quality and level of young teachers, starting with improving their professional quality, scientific research level, teaching level and innovation ability, so as to comprehensively and deeply improve their comprehensive quality and ability. Based on the actual situation of young teachers in higher vocational colleges, this paper focuses on how to improve the ability of young teachers.
