Study on the Development of EAP (Academic English) In Chinese Context and its Curriculum Design and Evaluation

Abstract


Academic English is referred to as EAP, which meets the needs of college students' professional learning, provides the language reserve for college students' professional courses to be taught in English in advance, which is conducive to the smooth development of international academic road for college students and enables Chinese college students to show their charm on the international academic stage and national academic conference. This paper discusses the development of academic English and the study of curriculum design and evaluation of academic English from the perspective of Chinese context.
