How to Cultivate Humanistic Quality and Implement Humanistic Care in Ideological and Political Education for Colleges and Universities

Abstract

As the ideological and political education plays an important role in cultivating students' humanistic qualities, colleges and universities should attach importance to the ideological and political education to cultivate healthy, confident and loving students. However, there are many shortcomings in the ideological and political education in many universities, especially in the cultivation of humanistic quality and the practice of humanistic care. Universities do not pay attention to students' subjectivity and the teaching thinking and objectives are not clear and teaching methods are
still relatively traditional. This paper mainly discusses the strategy of cultivating humanistic quality and practicing
humanistic care in the ideological and political education in colleges and universities, explores the right ways and
methods to closely combine humanistic quality and humanistic care with the ideological and political education by analyzing the current situation of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities, so as to put it into practice and promote the improvement of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
