Zhen Wang, Jing Zhao

Football needs more than one person to participate and requires all the members not only to effectively complete their tasks, but also to maintain unity among the members. In other words, every player should complete the task according to his position in the team. Similar to other sports, rugby should enhance the unity and mutual understanding among players in order to maximize the team strength. This paper mainly analyzes and discusses the special quality training of rugby players in order to provide reference for the quality training of athletes.
