Research on the Teaching Management Reform of International Military Students in Military Academies from a Multicultural Perspective

Abstract


In recent years, China has made great progress in terms of society, economy, politics and people's livelihood. Its comprehensive national strength is rising rapidly. In this situation, the training and education of Chinese military students has also made remarkable achievements in the world. By actively training military students from all over the world and enhancing communication and exchanges with other countries, we can not only create more development opportunities for ourselves, but also be able to meet greater challenges. This paper analyzes the challenges faced by the teaching management of international military students in military academies from a multicultural perspective and puts forward specific countermeasures to optimize the teaching management of international military students.
