Cultivation of Innovative Talents and Construction of Innovative Teachers in Colleges and Universities

Abstract

The cultivation of innovative talents is inseparable from the higher education innovation. At the beginning of the 21st century, the outline of education program approved by the Ministry of Education pointed out that the talents cultivation is the central work of colleges and universities and the fundamental task of colleges and universities is to cultivate professional and innovative talents with firm faith, rich knowledge, excellent moral character, high quality and excellent skills. In order to obtain long-term development opportunities and seek future development advantages, world powers are stepping up efforts to give priority to the implementation of innovative talent development strategy. Compared with western countries, the problems in cultivating innovative talents in domestic universities need to be solved by improving the teaching level of higher education teachers. As an important force leading innovative education, innovative teachers are the key factor in training innovative talents.
