Abstract

At present, with the development of the economy, the education system has also embarked on the road of reform. The major of tourism management in colleges and universities also starts to change from theoretical to applied, which will increase practical talents and meet the development needs of the country. However, in professional talent training, in addition to the relevant requirements of the state, it is also necessary to understand the talent needs of relevant enterprises. Only in this way can universities provide more practical talents for the society effectively. Therefore, this paper will discuss how to improve the practical ability of college students majoring in tourism management.
