Abstract

The current employment situation is becoming more and more serious. Colleges and universities must combine theory and practice in the training of talents, and cultivate compound talents, so that graduates can better adapt to future market demands and solve the problem of employment difficulties. This article takes the economics and management major as an example, analyzes the current development of education, mainly discusses the current conditions for the cultivation of compound talents in the economics and management major, analyzes the problems in talent training in universities, and discusses the important role of building a "school- enterprise business cooperation" model in the training of compound talents.
