Practice and Exploration of Contemporary College Students’ Career Planning

Abstract

With the implementation of China’s higher education enrollment expansion policy and the optimization and upgrading of the social industrial structure, the current employment situation faced by college students is becoming more severe. For many college students, graduation means unemployment. The education activities of college students’ career planning are essential to provide scientific guidance to college students’ employment activities, so that they can form a scientific concept of employment and seek new employment opportunities. This article mainly explores the career planning practice of contemporary college students, aiming to be able to discover the new employment situation of college students, propose new precautions and ideas, so as to improve the employment quality of college students in China.
