Analysis of the Status Quo of the Investigation of the Teacher Quality of Music Teachers Based on OBE Theory

The quality of teachers is a prerequisite for music teachers to enter the work position. With the progress of the times, society’s demand for education has gradually increased, and higher requirements have been placed on the quality of teachers. Based on the OBE theory, this article investigates and analyzes the status quo of the current quality of music teachers, and puts forward corresponding suggestions on this basis.
