Research on the Cultivation of Comprehensive Quality of Normal University Students

Abstract


With economic development and technological progress, society has higher requirements for talents, and the in-depth advancement of curriculum reform has made it the goal of all schools to cultivate high-quality talents with comprehensive development. Faced with the problems encountered in the comprehensive quality training of normal university students in recent years, this article put forward feasible training methods based on the actual situation to improve the comprehensive quality of students, cultivate high-quality, strong-capable, and professional-oriented normal university students, thereby improving the overall high-quality development of the industry and the effectiveness of quality education.
