Abstract


Since the beginning of this year, the COVID-19 epidemic has had a serious impact on people’s lives, work and learning. In order not to delay the progress of students’ studies, major universities have launched online and offline integrated teaching models to ensure that the teaching work is carried out smoothly. This article focuses on the issues related to the online and offline integrated teaching model of food specialty in the epidemic situation.
