Exploration and Research on the Talent Training Path of Hotel Management from the Ideological and Political Perspective
Abstract
With the continuous development of modern society, people’s requirements for the quality of services are gradually increasing. Therefore, while colleges and universities are carrying out the reform of hotel management professional talent training, they should be based on the development trend of the new era, combined with more innovative teaching strategies, and continuously improve and adjust the teaching mode and talent training goals, so that students can more quickly adjust their professional characteristics and adapt to the management work of the modern hotel industry, in order to comprehensively promote the further development of the hotel industry.
