Abstract


“Probability Theory and Mathematical Statistics” is one of the important subjects of science and engineering and economics and management in colleges and universities. Because its teaching content is highly specialized, the traditional teaching methods do not incorporate ideological and political education concepts, which is not consistent Under the background of new media, our country requires ideological and political education for college students. Therefore, this article conducts research and analysis on the penetration of ideological and political education in the course of “Probability Theory and Mathematical Statistics” under the background of new media, in order to effectively integrate the content of ideological and political education into the course teaching, and overcome the limitations of professional ideological and political education. Cultivate students to have more comprehensive knowledge content and improve the comprehensive quality of college students.
