Research on the Current Situation of University non-academic Education Management and the Construction of Innovation Mode

Abstract


With the rapid development of society and economy, people’s demand for learning improvement is increasing, and lifelong learning has become the need for people’s survival and development. This requires adult education in colleges and universities to meet the needs of the development of the times and increase efforts to develop non-academic education. There are still some problems in the management of non-academic education in relevant universities. For this, it is needed to grasp the current situation of non-academic education management in universities, analyze the advantages of non-academic education in universities, and explore the challenges faced by non-academic education in universities, innovative models and countermeasures of education management.
