The Exploration on the Construction of the Employment Guidance Course for College Students under the New Situation
Abstract
Today, the general higher education is developing in an all-round way in our country. The number of college graduates is gradually increasing year by year, and the competitiveness of social employment is becoming increasingly fierce with it. Under this new situation, employment guidance courses for college students bear important responsibilities in helping students choose careers and realize career development planning. This paper focuses on the exploration of some issues related to the construction of employment guidance courses for college students, with a view to further improving and perfecting employment guidance courses for college students, giving play to the practical significance of the courses, and helping college students change the current employment situation.
