Discussion on Training Application-oriented Talents of the Oil and Gas Storage and Transportation Engineering Major

Abstract


Under the new situation, social progress and economic development are constantly increasing the demand for talents, and the requirements for the quality of talents are also getting higher and higher. The Higher Education Law clearly states that “Higher education institutions should focus on cultivating talents to carry out teaching, scientific research, social services, and cultural inheritance and innovation.” the Oil and Gas Storage and Transportation Engineering major is very practical, and it is professional and technical for talents. The requirements are very high. In the context of the new energy revolution, colleges and universities should focus on innovative talent training models to provide a steady supply of talents for the country’s development.
