Brief Discussion on Improvement of Communication Ability of Student Cadres in Higher Vocational Colleges——Take Student Cadres of Art Department as an Example
Abstract
This paper first defines the communication of student cadres in higher vocational colleges, and takes the art department student cadres as an example. It points out the communication problems of the students cadres in higher vocational colleges, such as over straightforward, and concern with person, not with the matter, and analyze the possible consequences. Finally, it puts forward the solutions to improve the communication ability of student cadres: Strengthening the training and
education, guiding the student cadres to establish the awareness of concerning with matter, not with the person; strengthening the theoretical study, improving personal quality; being diligent in practice, regular self reflection.
