Discussion on SQL Server Database Application and Its Performance Optimization

Abstract

SQL server is a database management system with simple program and convenient operation. Nowadays, it has become the mainstream tool for small and medium-sized data management and is widely used in all walks of life. However, with the continuous development of network information technology, the amount of data in the database is increasing, and the relationship between database and network resources is also more closely linked, which puts forward more requirements for database performance. Therefore, it is an urgent problem to optimize and improve the application and performance of SQL Server database and ensure its application efficiency. In this paper, the author takes this as a starting point to explore the application of SQL Server database and its performance optimization strategy, so that it can be better used in production and life.
