An Innovative Analysis of the Education and Management of College Student Party Members

Abstract

The party building work of college students is developing rapidly. In recent years, the contingent of college student party members has been continuously expanded, which has continuously pumped fresh blood for the development and construction of the party, and has become the cradle of the country to nurture outstanding young party members. Therefore, training high-quality college student party members has become an important college education task. Based on the status quo of college student party member education, this article puts forward several innovative plans for college party building work in order to provide some references for improving college student party member education management.
