Reform of College Physical Education Teaching Mode from the Perspective of Flipped Classroom

With the rapid development of network information technology, the rise of new teaching mode based on smart phones, wireless computers and other mobile terminals. Online teaching and online learning have become the new trend of current education development, and the traditional teaching mode in China has also ushered in a huge turning point. In the context of modern education, based on the flipped classroom teaching mode to promote physical education teaching in colleges and universities is no longer subject to the limitations of the space environment, so as to better the feasibility and effectiveness of physical education teaching. From the perspective of flipped classroom, this paper puts forward the innovative reform mode of college physical education, in order to contribute to the further development of physical education in China.
