Research on Management Mechanism of Cross Border E-commerce Logistics Alliance

Abstract

Under the policy of one belt, one road, with the development of Internet technology and e-commerce mode, China's cross-border e-commerce has entered a stage of rapid development. In this process, the coordination of cross-border e-commerce and logistics is the foundation for ensuring its stable development. This paper briefly describes the five main participants of cross-border e-commerce logistics alliance, analyzes eight subsystems in the overall framework of cross-border e-commerce logistics alliance according to the five nodes of cross-border order process, and finally discusses the construction path of management mechanism of cross-border e-commerce logistics alliance, so as to promote the long-term development of cross-border e-commerce logistics alliance in China.
