Thinking on the Role of College Counselors in Student Financial Assistance

Abstract

With the increasing enrollment scale of colleges and universities in China, the number of college students is also increasing year by year. In the personnel training of colleges and universities, the funding work for students is a very important part, the increase in the number of students has increased the difficulty of this work. Therefore, counselors play an indispensable role in the implementation of the related work of subsidizing and educating people. In this paper combines with the specific situation of the current university funding work, how to position the role of counselors, and explores the important role of college counselors in student funding work, which is of great significance to the establishment and improvement of university funding and education system.
