Abstract


Chinese traditional culture has formed a unique Chinese excellent traditional culture in the development of historical civilization. Traditional culture is one of the treasures of the Chinese nation and is of great significance to the inheritance of my country's history and culture. However, with the continuous advancement of economic globalization, cultural exchanges between countries in the world have continued to deepen, and the penetration of Western culture has had an impact on the development of traditional Chinese culture, and people have begun to pay attention to the role and importance of excellent traditional culture in the development of Chinese culture. . Our country's law is the most basic basis for governing the country. It is interdependent with our traditional culture. At the same time, it is also a concrete manifestation of our traditional culture. This article studies the method of integrating Chinese excellent traditional culture into higher vocational law teaching.
