An Analysis of the Psychological State of the Litigant in Civil Litigation and the Countermeasures

Abstract


With the deepening of comprehensive rule of law, judicial transparency innovation measures such as live court
hearings and online disclosure of legal documents have been effectively implemented. The people can feel fairness and
justice in every judicial case, and justice is for the people, and justice is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. However,
due to lack of awareness of the rule of law and lack of understanding of the judicial process, some civil litigants have
certain psychological concerns in litigation activities, and their confidence in fair justice has been shaken. The form of state
expression is the entry point, the analysis of the causes, and the formulation of preventive and corrective measures, so that
the sunshine of fair justice can illuminate everyone’s heart.
