Abstract


Previous construction process , widespread waste of concrete , based on similar engineering experience , Aggregate residual rate of concrete is as high as 2%. This article uses the Characteristics of concrete with very low bearing capacity before final coagulation abandon the traditional method of treating discarded concrete , using a new type of sand-gravel separator to explore the pre-final coagulation discard coagulation Comprehensive utilization of soil , Practice shows :Waste concrete before sieving and washing the final coagulation , Recycle utilization of concrete aggregates up to , detached sand , stone can be used to mix concrete again . This method avoids the traditional method of crushing concrete in the final setting , Cosmetic , fractal and a proportional mix of A series of complex processes , It solves the problem of general project waste concrete by sieving and washing. , also reduces pollution to the environment , reduced to sand ,Requirements for non-renewable resources such as stone .
