Fiber composite polymer has been widely used to structure Reinforcement to civil Engineering and Architecture because a its light weight, high strength, corrosionresistance , Fatigue resistance , Damping performance etc . Based On the about [ Progress to composites reinforced Concrete technology,this paper discussed This Constitutive model of reinforced Concrete then Ultimate bearing capacity, the The durability, the earthquake resistance To the reinforced concrete Structure and The mechanism in fiber Composites reinforced Concrete structure . Finally polyurea elastomeric Coating as a new Reinforcement material was introduced In This paper , whichcan effectively Improve the bearing capacity , The durability and this Earchquake resistance of the reinforced Concrete structure .
