A Brief Analysis of the Management Innovation Strategy of Undergraduate Students under the Humanistic Value

Abstract


Education is the ladder of human progress and the power for social development. With people gradually paying attention to the importance of humanistic education management mode and the humanistic education management mode on the agenda, humanistic education management mode of teachers and students not only provides a good teaching atmosphere, but also fosters talents on a solid foundation. This paper will briefly describe the management and innovation strategies for undergraduate students under the humanistic value.
