Research on College Students’ Learning Engagement Improvement Based on Learning Motivation Theory

Abstract


Learning motivation is the key factor affecting students ‘learning engagement , which directly aff ects students’ learning effect and all-round development. This study deeply analyzes the learning motivation theory, discusses the main factors affecting college students’ learning input, and puts forward targeted improvement strategies. The results show that by clarifying learning objectives, improving learning interest, optimizing learning environment and establishing incentive mechanism, it can effectively improve the learning engagement of college students, and then improve their learning effect and satisfaction.
