Ideological Risk and Governance in the Era of Generative Artificial Intelligence
Abstract
Generative artificial intelligence (GAI), an emerging technological paradigm, possesses inherent ideological attributes, exercising both ruling and defensive functions. Although GAI heralds advancements and conveniences, it simultaneously introduces risks associated with the penetration of ideological power, the fragmentation of ideological discourse, and the degradation of ideological cognition. Consequently, it is imperative to mitigate these risks through the establishment of a coordinated power operation mechanism, the development of a novel discourse communication system, and the enhancement of the human cognitive framework.
