Research on the Cohesion Strategy and Practice of Public English Curriculum in Middle and Higher Vocational Colleges under the “Three Integration” Education Mechanism

Qin Guo

Abstract

With the development of the global economy, the importance of English has become increasingly prominent in the middle and higher vocational education. However, there are many problems in the process of English curriculum cohesion: students’ foundation is weak, the content of textbooks is repeated or disjoint, and the teaching method is simple. Based on the “three integration” education mechanism, namely the integration of production and education, the integration of science and education and the integration of vocational education, this paper discusses the cohesion strategy and practice of public English courses in middle and higher vocational schools, so as to improve students’ English application ability and promote the all-round development of talents.
