Practical Research on Collaborative Education Between Schools and Enterprises Based on the Concept of Mutual Integration and Intercommunication

Abstract


With the arrival of the new industrialization era and the adjustment and development of economic structure, the demand for human resources in enterprises is also increasing. In the process of rapidly promoting urbanization, there is a greater demand to regard talent as a guarantee for high-quality development. To achieve high-quality talent cultivation in schools, the most important thing is to place students at the core according to the current social situation, and carry out research and practice on school enterprise dual subject collaborative education based on the concept of integration and interoperability. This article conducts research and analysis on this, in order to further improve the quality and effectiveness of school enterprise dual subject collaborative education, and promote the deepening development of school enterprise cooperation and collaborative education.
