Research on the Application of Chinese Traditional Folk Music in Basic Music Education from a Multicultural Perspective

Abstract


Based on the concept of multicultural education, this study explores the application value and practical path of Chinese traditional folk music in basic music education. The study analyzes the cultural connotation of multicultural music education theory and Chinese traditional folk music, examines the current application status and existing problems of traditional folk music in basic music education, and proposes systematic application strategies such as curriculum setting and textbook development, teaching method innovation, teacher training and professional development, campus culture construction and social resource integration.
