Study on the Problems and Measures in the Administration of Higher Education
Abstract
Because a large number of administrative management functions in colleges and universities are derived from some educational functions, social management functions are called the most basic functions in the administrative management functions of Chinese colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the malpractice of educational administration in colleges and universities in China, discusses the improvement methods of educational administration in colleges and universities, and hopes to put forward innovative suggestions.
