Applying Discourse Analysis Teaching to College English Class Based on POA
Abstract
POA theory emphasizes respecting students' subjectivity and giving play to students' subjective initiative, while discourse analysis teaching emphasizes that input and output carriers of meaning with discourse characteristics. The purpose of this study is to explore a teaching strategy based on the characteristics of language teaching, that is, to explore the feasibility of discourse analysis teaching in college English classroom from the perspective of POA.
