Discussion on the Aesthetic Function and Realization of Music Education in Ordinary Universities
Abstract
Music is usually regarded as an important part of cultivating high-quality students with all-round development.
Music education is not only the teaching of music knowledge and the evaluation of music taste, but more value meaning is
reflected in the appreciation of music, the influence of body and mind and the creation of music. As the aesthetic education
function among the five education functions, music education is the most basic and important way to play its role. This article
further explores the role and realization of the aesthetic education function by exploring the current situation and future of
music education in ordinary colleges and universities.
