Teacher Self-efficacy of EFL University Teachers in Henan Province of China

Abstract


When teachers have high levels of self-efficacy, they are energized, motivated, and willing to work assiduously to meet the needs of the students. This study investigated the current situation of teacher self-efficacy among 361 EFL university teachers in Henan Province of China, and the differences in teacher self-efficacy as related to demographic features.
