Exploration and Research on Education and Management of Minority Students in Colleges and Universities
Abstract
China is a large multi-ethnic country. As a place for students to gather, in addition to the Han students who occupy the majority of the population, there are many non Han students, and the number is increasing day by day, which has brought a series of problems to the education and management of colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the problems encountered in the education and management of non Han students in colleges and universities, and puts forward some countermeasures, in order to provide guidance for the education and management of non Han students in the future.
