Explore the Positive Effect of Pop Music Singing on Music Quality Education of Primary and Middle School Students

Abstract


Pop music has become a worldwide “language”, which promotes the introduction of pop music songs in primary and secondary schools. Modern society needs more innovative musical talents to make Chinese culture go international and onto the world stage. Music quality education purpose is in addition to an increase of the students’ cultural level, will also be able to develop the students’ comprehensive, should fully play a leading role in the teaching, for each class earnestly, must highlight student’s main body status, inspire their interest in learning music, protect their curiosity and imagination, and improve the learning initiative. Therefore, the introduction of pop singing in the music curriculum of primary and middle school students will have a positive effect. This can help students to establish a correct world outlook, is beneficial to students’ psychology, promote the development of old songs and new singing culture, and promote the internationalization of Chinese pop music.
