Abstract

Civil code education is an important part of the national education system, which is conducive to promoting socialist core values, cultivating college students’ legal thinking and shaping their perfect moral personality. The integration of the Civil Code into the ideological and political curriculum should be accurately positioned, and through thematic, case-based and practical teaching methods, college students can truly understand the spirit of the Civil Code, use the knowledge of the Civil Code to exercise their rights and fulfi ll their legal obligations.
