Exploration on Teaching Reform of Postgraduates Majoring in Social Work Based on Cultivation of Social Service Ability

With the continuous development of society, the development level of social work in our country has also been signifi cantly improved, and the demand for professionals in social work has been signifi cantly improved. However, judging from the current situation of social work professional personnel training in China, compared with developed countries, China’s social work started late, and there are also great defi ciencies in the talent training system. The comprehensive quality of talents can not meet the requirements of social work, and to a certain extent, it also restricts the development process of social work in China.In the training of master’s degree students majoring in social work, it is necessary to promote the teaching reform process in accordance with the requirements of social development for social work professionals, pay attention to improving the social service ability of social work professionals, and improve the quality of social work talent training. This paper analyzes the current situation of the training of master’s degree students majoring in social work, and puts forward the teaching reform strategy of master’s degree students majoring in social work based on the training of social service ability, aiming to provide reference for teaching in the future.
