The Research of Vocational Education Personnel Training in the Perspective of Type Education

Abstract

From the perspective of type education, vocational education and general higher education are two different types. “Optimizing the type orientation of vocational education” is the main goal of high-quality development of vocational education.The core of optimizing the type orientation is to ensure the quality of talent training.This paper starts with the significance of through-training of vocational education talents, analyzes the elements of through-training of vocational education talents, and proposes the optimization path of through-training of vocational education talents from the perspective of type education on the basis of learning from the experience of Japan, Germany and Australia.
