The Shackles of Motherhood Culture - the Changes and Dilemmas of Motherhood in Parenting

Abstract


The motherhood penalty is referred to as the systemic disadvantages that women will encounter in their careers once they become mothers, such as the experience of explicit or implicit negative eff ects in the workplace. In this paper, the related literature is analyzed to summarize the changes in motherhood in parenting, the dilemma, and the related solutions suggested.
