Research on the Application of Conversational Cooperation Principle in Investigative Interrogation

Abstract

This paper studies the application of the principle of conversational cooperation in investigative interrogation.In the process of investigative interrogation,it is very important to obtain the evidence and information accurately for the solution of the case.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to explore how to apply the principle of conversational cooperation to improve the effi ciency and results of investigative interrogation.This paper adopts quantitative and qualitative research methods,and studies the specific application of the conversational cooperation principle in investigative interrogation by observing and analyzing the actual cases of interrogators and the interrogated.The results show that following the principle of conversational cooperation can effectively improve the interaction and information exchange between interrogators and the interrogated,strengthen mutual understanding and trust to better obtain key evidence and information.
