As an important part of moral education, ideological and political education in curriculum plays an irreplaceable role. it is undeniable that there are some problems in the specific practice, while a series of achievements have been achieved.The main reason is that the essential connotation is not understood and grasped accurately, which is the key to the construction of ideological and political education in Curriculum.

This paper aims to supply researchers with a deeper understanding and a comprehensive data reference of talent cultivation of MTCSOL via a literature review based on bibliometric visualization tool VOSviewer, along with the discussion from two dimensions: synchronic and diachronic. The results indicate that the research on this field is expanding and diversifying at a rapid rate with a certain fluctuation. The present research topics mainly focus on curriculum, teaching practice, thesis and training mode. However, the reform of training program and the professional quality of students are supposed to become new research hotspots.

The cost sharing of higher education is a resource allocation mechanism in which the government, individuals and society share the cost of education. As the main bearer of the cost of higher education, the government's share of the proportion has gone through four stages: full control, high level, continuous decline and steady increase. Using the advocacy coalition framework to analyze, it is found that there are two camps with different ideas about the equity-efficiency relationship in the higher education cost-sharing decision-making system. Under the influence of the transition of the economic system, the reform of the fiscal and taxation system, and the negative feedback of policies, the concepts of the two sides are constantly competing, which has promoted the change of the cost-sharing policy.

Business English involves all aspects of business activities, among which intercultural knowledge are highly required. Chinese traditional culture plays an important role in business English teaching for college students. This paper discusses the necessity of integrating Chinese traditional culture with college students’ business English teaching, and puts forward some effective ways to promote college students’ learning and spreading Chinese culture in business English teaching.

English language teaching has regained its prominent status since the reform and opening-up in China. To meet with the challenges of the time, scholars and educators in China have initiated a spirited debate over the orientation of the English teaching for non-English majors in Chinese tertiary education. Through a critical analysis of the research literature, this paper explores the theoretical bases and main arguments of “instrumentalists” and “humanists”. Drawn up the relevant documents, it further studies the influences of the debate on College English teaching policy planning and implementation from a tripartite perspective.

In the study of foreign language listening, learning strategies play an important role in enhancing learners' listening competence. As an indispensable element in listening strategies, inference strategy has seldom been exploited and practiced. This paper suggests that strategy training and active learning should be encouraged in the college listening classes and, for the students of the novice and intermediate English levels, grammar training should be the foundation of other strategy training. Finally, considering the similarities between the processes of listening and reading, inference strategies could also be practiced to improve learners' reading competence in foreign language learning.

Participants in this study were 569 middle school students from the plateau middle school. In China, there is a mental health scale for middle school students (MSSMHS). MSSMHS was created by Professor Wang Jisheng of the Chinese Academy of Sciences' Institute and was used to assess the mental health of middle school pupils on Qinghai's plateau. The findings revealed that 25.31 percent of kids at this school had psychological issues, providing a foundation for additional research into the mental health of middle school children in the plateau.

The characteristics and problems of the recruitment object, training program and employment direction of directional normal students lead to the relatively poor music ability of students. The lack of students' own music literacy and the short board of music ability training program restrict the development of their music ability. The training and education process of directional normal students needs to be jointly undertaken by multiple subjects. As an important component of teaching skills and professional quality, music ability also needs the collaborative training of various subjects. The collaborative training of normal universities, teacher development centers and primary and secondary schools will create a good environment and lay a solid foundation for the development of directional normal students' music ability.

The engineering drawing course reform based on 3D modeling technology can not only help students to quickly establish spatial thinking ability, but also stimulate students' interest in learning. Compared with the traditional engineering drawing course teaching mode, the teaching quality is significantly improved.
