This study used a descriptive research methodology to examine the relationship between classroom management skills, work motivation and commitment of Chinese university teachers, and a proposal for training and development program in order to improve teachers’ management skills, motivation and commitment to their work was offered. The participants of this study were college teachers from Yunan University of Finance and Economics, YNUFE, China. The total population of the teachers in this university is 2000. The study revealed that most of the respondents were male, between 26 and 30 years of age, between 11 and 15 years of work experience, and most had a master’s degree. The respondents agreed that they were motivated in the classroom psychological and social environment, at the individual level, in the inter-classroom interactions and within the classroom. in terms of motivation to learn, respondents strongly agreed with items such as “identifi cation motivation”, “external motivation”, and “integration motivation”. Two aspects of commitment were considered very important by the respondents, namely the reasons for employees to study abroad and the loyalty and emotional identifi cation of the employees with the school. The significant positive correlation between classroom management skills, motivation and commitment is an important finding; hence, the researcher proposed an action plan to improve management skills, motivation and commitment in Chinese universities.

The most recent decade has witnessed a gradual increase of the importance of TLAA in practices and research studies. Relevant research mainly focused on the exploration of chemistry,math and physics rather than on English.What’s more,fewer studies have been conducted specifically on the teaching of reading.Therefore,this study explored its application in English reading classes via quantitative and qualitative methods.Through analysis,major findings show that 1)teachers understand TLAA conceptually but lack diversity in strategies and predefined assessment goals;2)alignment between teaching,learning,and assessment objectives is inadequate.;3)TLAA’s application is hindered by time constraints,exam pressure,and student levels.Implications for teaching practices are discussed.

In recent years, the integration of budget management by the Ministry of Finance has put forward high requirements and challenges for the accuracy and consistency of basic financial information in universities. By analyzing relevant theories and the current situation of university construction, this paper summarizes the three major factors that constrain the sharing of basic information and maintain data accuracy and consistency. In this context, an innovative ecological model for sharing financial basic information in universities is proposed, which is designed from three dimensions: software data, hardware network, and sharing mechanism. D University has preliminarily implemented this model through exploration and practice, significantly improving the standardization, timeliness, and consistency of financial basic information. This model also has certain reference significance for brother universities.

This thesis explores integrating the consciousness of the Chinese nation community into the “four histories” to fi rmly establish a sense of Chinese national community. The two are complementary and mutually reinforcing. The thesis first outlines the importance and implementation strategies of three dimensions of in forging a sense of Chinese national community. What’s more, it analyzes the core role of universities in Yunnan ethnic groups in the formation of national community consciousness, as well as the current social environment changes and specific challenges faced by universities in Yunnan. Finally, the thesis puts forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions aiming at promoting the propaganda and education of Chinese national community consciousness integrating into “Four histories” by strengthening teacher training, developing appropriate educational materials and courses, and closely cooperating with local governments and communities by modern information technology, so as to promote national unity and social harmony

The effects of testing systems on curriculum design, teaching practices, and learning behaviors are called the “washback effect” (Shohamy et al., 1996). This paper will focus on the current problems in the Chinese English testing system (CETS) and its influences on curriculum, teaching practices, and learning behaviors to show how washback negatively affects English teaching and learning in China. I will also offer possible solutions for improving Chinese English teaching situations.
We use the testing standard to modify our teaching practices. Our students will learn more comprehensively when we improve our teaching practices. In addition, because of the complexity of the washback effects and the ever-growing testing industry, knowing the testing system comprehensively is becoming more necessary (Saltana, 2018 & Kuang, 2020). In China, many English teachers say, “This knowledge is not included in the tests, and we do not need to focus on it.” Such an utterance indicated that teachers’ curriculums and teaching practices in China are always test-guided. So, exploring testing allows teachers to revisit their curriculums and teaching practices and develop updated teaching methods. Students’ learning behaviors can also be modifi ed.

The detection rate of depression in the adolescent population is approximately 14.8%, with a lifetime prevalence rate as high as 17.1%. Drama therapy is a comprehensive art therapy form. Relevant studies have shown that drama therapy can enhance self-efficacy, improve the sense of social support, and has unique advantages in emotional healing and health intervention. Based on this, the author used drama therapy to intervene with a group of adolescents with mild depressive symptoms, documenting changes in their depressive emotions, self-efficacy, and sense of social support. This article attempts to discuss: Does drama therapy have a positive impact on adolescent depression? Through what mechanism is this influence achieved? Do self-efficacy and social support play a mediating role in this mechanism?

In the No. 1 document issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and The State Council, it is more clear that the development of agriculture and rural areas should be given priority in the new development stage, and the Strategic Plan for Rural Revitalization (2018-2022) indicates the direction and positioning of the current and future period of “rural revitalization” work through the overall deployment of the “rural revitalization” strategy. “Rural revitalization, talent is the key”, “talent revitalization is the foundation of rural revitalization”. Project-based Learning is a student-centered teaching model that is widely applied in foreign language teaching due to its characteristics of openness, research, and practicality. PBL fosters students’ critical thinking, collaborative communication, knowledge application, and innovation abilities through projects in real-life contexts. Its theoretical foundations include constructivist theory, multiple intelligence theory, and lifelong learning theory, emphasizing active knowledge construction and autonomous learning. The steps of PBL include determining the project theme, information collection and processing, project implementation, project presentation, and reflection and evaluation. Compared to traditional foreign language teaching methods, PBL pays more attention to the “output” in teaching, enhancing students’ language skills and problem-solving abilities, thereby preparing them for future work and life. Computational Electromagnetics, as an important course for electronic information majors. This paper is based on the seafood aquaculture management platform in the mode of “platform+base+farmer” to achieve commercialised and technological seafood aquaculture management. Through the intelligent machine operation on the Internet, the data collected by various sensors are aggregated on the cloud platform through LoRa Mesh self-organising network and NB-IoT 5G transmission, and the light, temperature, PH value, salinity, dissolved oxygen and so on in the seafood farm are monitored online in real time. Once the “evil conditions” unfavourable to the growth of seafood appear, through the cloud platform analysis and processing, it will immediately provide real-time feedback of early warning information and solutions to the farmers through WeChat, SMS and other means, so that the farmers can find problems in time to solve them. Remote control can also be achieved through the timing and quantity of intelligent feeding, and then the scientific breeding of seafood, effectively increase the yield of seafood, improve the quality of seafood, thereby improving the economic income of farmers.

This paper aims to explore the development of compulsory education in rural areas of China. The author first discusses the explanations for the improvement of compulsory education in rural areas of China that lag behind the development of compulsory education in urban cities. These factors include poverty, family characteristics and concepts, as well as the uneven allocation of educational resources. Following these points, this paper further analyzes the problems associated with uneven allocations of human resources in addition to the uneven allocation of educational resources from the perspective of teachers. Finally, proposed suggestions are delivered based on the current status of basic education in China, which can be summarized as recommendations for improving the development of rural compulsory education in accordance with the aspects of quantity and quality of teachers.

Copper alloys have high strength, high hardness, high elasticity, low processing cost, and are non-toxic and environmentally friendly. They are widely used in fields such as aerospace, navigation ships, electronic appliances, and communication engineering.Cu Ni Sn alloy is a typical Spinodal type alloy, which can achieve strengthening effect by precipitating ordered phases through amplitude modulation decomposition. It can be used as conductive contact springs in relays, potentiometers, switches, and elastic sensitive components in precision instrument sensors.At present, the main preparation technologies for this type of copper alloy include vacuum casting technology, rapid cooling solidification technology, mechanical alloying method (MA method), and powder metallurgy method.However, due to the tendency of discontinuous cellular precipitates to precipitate at grain boundaries during the amplitude modulation decomposition process, the strength and plasticity of the alloy decrease, and the alloy performance deteriorates. This paper studies the application of PBL teaching mode in aesthetic calligraphy courses to promote the transformation of students’ cognitive structure, from information storage learning to combined mastery learning, and then to constructive learning. This article studies the impact of physical education teaching on the physical and mental health development of contemporary college students. Given the physical and mental health challenges faced by modern college students, this study explores how physical activity can improve students’ quality of life. By analyzing the positive effects of physical exercise on physical health indicators and mental health indicators, this article reveals the multiple benefits of physical education. Research results show that regular physical exercise can significantly improve cardiorespiratory fitness, reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety, and enhance self-esteem and social skills. These findings emphasize the need to strengthen physical education in colleges and universities to promote the overall healthy development of students.

This study aims to integrate the goals of cultivating applied and innovative talents in universities and construct a three-dimensional textbook for “Optical Fiber Communication Technology” that corresponds to the connotation of first-class curriculum construction in terms of content, methods, and characteristics. “Little Tadpoles Looking for their Mother” is inspired by Qi Baishi’s paintings, showing the unique charm of ink painting and the profound heritage of Chinese style. Technically, the animation created a new art form of ink animation by combining traditional ink painting with modern animation. While maintaining Qi Baishi’s artistic style, the creative team made necessary innovative adjustments, such as “improved” freehand brushwork and “red flowers and green leaves” color, which not only retains the essence of traditional ink, but also ADAPTS to modern aesthetic needs. Research was carried out in order to explore the influence mechanism of improving the head teacher 's mental health education ability.The research subjects are 9 head teachers in primary and secondary schools. The research method is 7 online group interventions, weekly. The ' primary and secondary school teachers ' mental health education ability questionnaire ' was used to test the mental health education ability of the head teacher. The pre-test and post-test were conducted before the group ( T1 ) and after the group ( T2 ). The study found that 7 weeks group counseling improved the mental health awareness of head teachers (t = -6.27, p < 0.001 )，strengthened the class teacher 's mental health skills(t = -4.06, p < 0.001 ), Improve the head teacher 's mental health education ability(t = -4.55, p < 0.01 ). It has certain enlightening significance for exploring and improving teachers ' psychological education ability.

In the context of the current cultural integration, the effective transmission of one’s own culture is an inevitable research focus. Chinese tea culture is broad and profound, and promoting Chinese tea culture to “go global” is an effective way to enhance the soft power of national culture. Translation, as a key means for Chinese tea culture to “go global”, merits special attention. Research indicates the translation inaccuracy or inapplicability can hinder the cultural identity and is not conducive to the promotion of tea culture. This study adopted a descriptive research approach, which was suitable for a correlational design. This study on the professional ability and quality of Chinese high school teachers focused on teachers from three high schools in China, totaling 3,000 teachers. A total of 341 samples were calculated through Raosoft. After approval and confi rmation by the professor, the study used the Sumlin design. Three hundred questionnaires were distributed to 300 teachers in three high schools. The aim of this study is to analyse the important relationship between professional competence and quality of Chinese high school teachers, specifically: Participants will be described in terms of sex, age, education and years of service. Identify teachers’ professional competence in terms of their professional competence status and their professional competence development needs; Assess teacher quality in terms of three dimensions: the state of professional quality, interpersonal relationships, and social capital for the development of professional quality of teachers in vocational education and training (VET); Test for diff erences in responses when grouped according to individual circumstances; Test the important relationship between the professional competence and quality of teachers; Produce insights and information to inform education policy development.

This thesis will look into application, effectiveness, and challenges regarding the use of differentiated teaching strategies within the English teaching context in junior high school settings. With learners having diverse learning needs, differentiated instruction (DI) is an instructional approach that focuses on modifying the methods of teaching materials and assessment in ways that accommodate the diff erences of each individual learner. Consequently, the key findings emerging from the reviewed studies in regard to the application of DI in the English classroom synthesized used strategies of content adaptation, process modifi cation, and product variation. The present study finds that DI enhances student engagement, understanding, and performance better than at the various levels of profi ciency. On the contrary, there are some challenges attached to the achievement, such as limited time, comprehensive planning required for the success of its implementation, and the need for institutional support. This thesis is valuable in that it points out applicable insights into the effective practices and offers recommendations on how educators and policymakers can surmount barriers in the successful implementation of DI. This, therefore, emanates that through its realization, DI bears immense potential for improving English teaching to be more inclusive, effective, and in the process, able to respond to the needs of all students.

This paper discusses how material language carries and deepens narrative expression in comprehensive material painting. Through an in-depth analysis of the creative practice of composite material painting, this paper reveals that materials are not only a physical medium, but also a unique carrier of artistic language, providing artists with multiple ways to express complex emotions and narrative structures. Despite the objections to the evaluation system of SCI papers in China,we do not oppose the training of graduate students in writing and publishing SCI journal papers.With the increasing international communication between Chinese medical professionals and their counterparts,it is very urgent to cultivate Chinese doctors’professional language competencies.
To facilitate the teaching and learning experience,we have developed a process-oriented approach for doctors to write SCI papers,using explicit instruction and scaff olding models.The results demonstrate that we have seen positive effects on teaching,and the students have improved their overall writing skills to a certain degree.

Two critical elements that influence the effectiveness of instruction and the general wellbeing of Chinese primary school teachers are professional dedication and satisfaction. The degree to which instructors are vested in their work and identify with the teaching profession is referred to as professional commitment. How satisfied teachers are with their work is referred to as satisfaction. In the study of Wang H. et al. entitled exploring teachers job satisfaction in Rural China 2022, they found an alarming highly prevalence of dissatisfaction in rural China roughly 21% of rural teachers were less than satisfied with their job hence there is a need for further research and policy intervention to improve teacher job satisfaction in rural schools. On the other hand engagement in one’s career and satisfaction are closely related. Teachers who put more effort into their profession are also more likely to be happy in their positions. This is so because dedication increases a teacher’s sense of purpose and pleasure in their work.
