This paper focuses on the construction of a precise ff nancial aid system for students in difficult majors in Jiangsu’s maritime higher vocational colleges from the perspective of digital transformation. Analyze the current practical predicaments of funding in terms of the accuracy of target identification, the matching degree between content and professional needs, the dynamic flexibility of management, and the integration degree between education and career development. It is proposed to build a precise funding system through paths such as constructing a multi-dimensional data fusion intelligent recognition model, creating a “funding +” personalized support matrix, establishing a full-cycle closed-loop dynamic management mechanism, and improving the two-way empowerment evaluation system of funding and education. Moreover, the guarantee strategies are discussed from three aspects: strengthening institutional guarantee and organizational collaboration, enhancing the data literacy of the funding team, and creating a humanistic care environment.

Legislation for the protection of Red Culture on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau is an inherent requirement of building a culturally strong nation and comprehensively advancing rule of law in the new era, holding significant strategic importance for inheriting red genes, continuing the red bloodline, and fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation. This study systematically analyzes Red Culture protection legislation across six provinces and regions of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, revealing predominance of related legislation over specialized legislation, with phased development characteristics emerging since 2021. Current dilemmas include outdated legislative concepts with insufficient temporal characteristics, imperfect institutional design with inadequate systematic features, and lack of prominent local characteristics with insufficient utilization of plateau advantages. The paper proposes systematic optimization through modernization of legislative concepts, scientific construction of content, and democratic advancement of procedures to establish a Red Culture protection legal system with temporal, local, and ethnic characteristics.

Against the backdrop of deepening educational reform in China, constructing a scientific and effective performance appraisal system for middle school teachers is of vital importance. This paper focuses on the integrated “KPI + 360-degree” evaluation model, systematically analyzing its theoretical foundation and application value. Studies show that this model accurately quantifies the achievement of teaching objectives through KPIs and integrates 360-degree evaluation to realize feedback from multiple stakeholders, comprehensively and objectively reflecting teachers’ work performance. However, in practice, it faces challenges such as teacher resistance, difficulties in data integration, subjectivity biases in evaluation, and high management costs. To address these, countermeasures are proposed, including strengthening communication and training, building intelligent data platforms, refining evaluation criteria, and optimizing resource allocation, providing theoretical support and practical paths for the reform of middle school teachers’ performance management.

The reform of the delayed retirement policy is a crucial policy instrument proposed in response to China’s economic slowdown and population aging.Utilizing Smith’s Policy Implementation Process Model, this paper constructs a theoretical framework encompassing four dimensions: the policy itself, the implementing agency, the target group, and the policy environment. It systematically analyzes the potential constraints encountered during the implementation of the delayed retirement policy, including an imperfect policy system, difficulties in coordination among implementing entities, low acceptance among target groups, and the necessity for optimizing the policy implementation environment. Corresponding optimization paths are proposed to address these challenges, aiming to provide valuable insights and references for the smooth implementation of the delayed retirement policy

The exploration of Chinese painting's modeling philosophy has long been a focal point in academic circles. However, the distinction between its core concepts— "realistic representation," "expressive brushwork," and "realistic depiction" —remains ambiguous. This paper, through analyzing traditional painting theories and modern art history, clarifies that "realistic representation" and "expressive brushwork" are inherent modeling principles in ancient Chinese painting, while "realistic depiction" emerged as a new concept influenced by Western painting in modern times. By elucidating their historical origins and essential differences, this study aims to provide fresh perspectives for theoretical research in Chinese painting studies.

In the context of culture-tourism integration, rural intangible cultural heritage (ICH) is shifting from static display to immersive, narrative-driven, and digital modes of communication. As a key part of local culture, ICH gains new vitality through storytelling in tourism, enhancing its reach and offering visitors deeper cultural experiences. These narratives also activate collective memory and strengthen local identity. This paper explores how ICH achieves effective communication and identity resonance in tourism, offering insights for its innovative and sustainable development.

Addressing the structural shortage of high-level female science and technology talent, this study identifies the stage-specific growth barriers, capability bottlenecks, and educational management blind spots they face. During the three stages of their careers, they encounter implicit trust deficits, leadership legitimacy crises, and resource penetration obstacles; their core capabilities are constrained by mismatched evaluation systems, limiting their interdisciplinary influence and strategic decision-making effectiveness. To address this, the study proposes a ‘three-stage precision’ targeted training system based on a gender-specific competency model, leveraging staged capability development, ecosystem empowerment, and digital technology to overcome the challenges of homogenised training. Finally, it outlines a practical approach emphasising collaboration between universities, research institutions, and government to promote neutral attribution of research outcomes, reshape academic culture, and address digital bias, thereby systematically enhancing the innovative contributions of female science and technology talent.

This study explores strategies for constructing a labor education curriculum system for talent cultivation in vocational colleges. By analyzing labor education’s significance in talent development, it reveals its positive impact on enhancing students’ practical abilities and professional competencies, emphasizing its unique value in fostering innovative spirit, hands-on skills, and teamwork capabilities. Grounded in theoretical foundations—including the historical evolution of labor education and its nexus with vocational education—this research identifies deficiencies in current curriculum systems regarding contemporaneity, practice orientation, and evaluation mechanisms. effective strategies necessitate: 1) optimizing curricula to integrate classroom instruction with practical activities, enhancing theory-practice synergy; 2) strengthening faculty development by recruiting industry-experienced teachers to bolster pedagogical relevance; and 3) establishing scientific evaluation and feedback mechanisms combining dynamic assessment and student self-review for continuous improvement. The findings demonstrate that only through coordinated curriculum reform, faculty enhancement, and evaluation mechanisms can vocational colleges elevate talent cultivation quality in the new era, promoting students’ holistic development to meet rapidly evolving societal demands.

As a hallmark vocal art of the Hakka ethnic group, Hakka folk songs exhibit a unique vocal performance system characterized by their "melodic shaping based on lyrics," "labor-symbiotic" rhythmic patterns, and "context-bound" singing scenarios. Cao Guangping's piano works, "Morning in Songkou" and "Folk Songs, Yuejie Tune, Spring Ox Dance," transform these vocal features into piano language through techniques such as modal reconstruction, melodic simulation, and rhythmic transformation, thereby achieving the modern inheritance of traditional vocal elements. This paper explores the vocal performance characteristics in piano compositions by analyzing the vocal traits of Hakka folk songs and the specific techniques employed in these two works, revealing the enduring value of traditional vocal art in contemporary music creation.

This essay examines the role of mobility in Jane Eyre by Charlotte Brontë and The Tenant of Wildfell Hall by Anne Brontë, emphasizing coaches as both material vehicles and symbolic pathways of liberation; and focusing on the roads as dynamic spaces where the heroines Jane and Helen resonate with nature and escape from patriarchy. In both novels, women’s movement by coach marks a decisive break from domestic spaces defined by trauma and patriarchal control. Jane’s departure shows her search for autonomy, self-definition, and love. Helen’s flight presents her resistance against matrital oppression. By situating these journeys into the context of Victorian mobility, this study argues that the two Brontës utilize travel not only as plot mechanism but as a reimagining of women’s relationship with freedom and domestic boundaries and trauma.
