Study on the management mode of “assimilation” for international students from five Central Asian countries-Take the major of International Chinese Language Education in Xi’an Kedagaoxin University as an example

Abstract


In May 2023, the “China-Central Asia Summit” was held in the ancient capital Xi ‘an. As the starting point of the Silk Road, Xi ‘an
has many similarities with the culture of the fi ve Central Asian countries, its unique geographical and historical conditions and study abroad policies,
Xi ‘an has become one of the fi rst choice cities for “fi ve Central Asian countries” to study in China. In 2018, the Ministry of Education’s Higher
Education Quality Standards for International Students in China (Trial Implementation) clearly stated that “to promote the convergence of teaching,
management, and services for Chinese and foreign students.” Convergent management puts forward higher requirements for the management mode
and method. This paper takes the High School of Xi’an Kedagaoxin University as an example to introduce the education management mode of
international students in fi ve Central Asian countries, analyzes the status quo of assimilation management in the period of improving quality and
effi ciency, and puts forward optimization suggestions for the core problems and essential problems.
