major disasters often cause varying degrees of damage to traffi c sections and paralyze the traffi c network, which not only
brings hidden dangers to the safety of people’s lives and property, but also makes rescue more diffi cult. Therefore, restoring the connectivity
of the traffi c network is the primary task. Based on the variable repair level of the road section, this paper proposes an optimization model of
the recovery strategy in the emergency rescue phase, and uses “Monte Carlo simulation” to carry out 10 million cycles to obtain the optimal
dispatch strategy and recovery strategy. Through the actual case analysis, it is concluded that the model in this paper can be applied to largescale traffi c network restoration projects and give effi cient and reasonable rescue strategies.

To evaluate Tibetan Chinese cognate words and non cognate words, and construct the corresponding thesaurus, so as to

For company managers, how to improve employees’ performance is their major working objective. Only when employees improve their
performance, can the company maximize its benefi ts and achieve continuous growth and development. One of the most important ways
to stimulate employees’ performance is to offer them proper motivations. A survey of 126 large companies found that employees had
higher morale and more productive work and the companies had higher customer satisfaction if employees believed that they were paid a
competitive salary (Sabramony et al. 2008). The annual growth rate of stores of Walmart U.S. was only about 1% in 2011, while the growth
rate of one of its main competitors, Costco, reached 8%. The average annual salary of a Costco employee is USD 45,000, while the average
annual salary of an employee of Walmart Sam's Club is only USD 17,500. Costco’s strategy is that the more we pay, the more we get - the
higher salary could increase productivity while reducing the resignation rate of employees (Isidore, 2015). Therefore, proper motivation are
conducive to improving employee’s performance. However, unlike other management elements, people's diff erent personalities, autonomy,
subjective initiative and other aspects make it much more diffi cult to manage people than manage other management elements. Given the
complexity of people, it is obviously insuffi cient to stimulate employees with only simple motivation, and some wrong motivations may

The binary logistic regression method was used to research and analyze the infl uence of 10 factors in the questionnaire data,
such as gender, age and corporate image, on consumers’ willingness to buy new energy vehicles. Through the binary logistic regression
model, it is proved that age, educational background, occupation, annual income, corporate image, environmental awareness, government
policies and product quality and performance can have an impact on consumers’ willingness to buy. According to Wald value, environmental
awareness has the greatest impact on the willingness to buy new energy vehicles. The results show that binary logistic regression can predict
the probability of an event. In order to increase consumers’ willingness to buy new energy vehicles, we must start from population variables,
corporate image, environmental awareness, government policies and product quality and performance.
