This article explores the current situation and future development path of the market-oriented operation model of Shenzhen
Art Museum. Against the backdrop of the rapid development of the Chinese art museum industry as a whole, Shenzhen Art Museum has
unique geographical and market advantages, a huge potential consumer group, and an active cultural atmosphere. However, as a fully
funded public institution, the museum still faces challenges such as insuffi cient independent operation capability and weak profi tability. This
paper analyzes the future development direction of Shenzhen Art Museum from the perspectives of the current operation status, development
advantages, and operational model, the Shenzhen Art Museum is expected to enhance its independent "blood making" ability, and achieve a
sustainable market-oriented operation model, providing experience and reference for other art museums.

In the process of building “double fi rst-class” universities in our country, the implementation of research-oriented teaching
is one of the important measures. But what is the research-oriented teaching, where the emphasis is placed, how to adjust the emphasis in
the face of diff erent professional courses are worth teachers to think and summarize. This paper makes a preliminary exploration on how to
carry out research-oriented teaching in the professional courses of semiconductor devices, such as increasing the design and creative content
in the homework of each chapter, and trying to give their own design ideas according to the existing device structure and the latest research

Elderly care workers are an important component of the healthy elderly care talent team, which plays an important role in
the implementation of the strategy of actively responding to the aging population and improving the sense of gain, happiness and security
of the elderly and their families. At present, the double shortage of “quality” and “quantity” of the talent team of old-age nursing staff in
our country hinders the construction of the high level old-age service system. This study takes Shenzhen as an example, on the basis of
emphasizing the practical signifi cance of strengthening the construction of the talent team of elderly care workers in the city, through visiting
the typical elderly care institutions in the city, to describe the current situation of the elderly care workers in Shenzhen. This study points
out that the current nursing personnel team in Shenzhen has the characteristics of small scale, high workload, slow professional promotion
and diffi cult staff supply. This study believes that the quantity and quality of the talent team of elderly care workers in Shenzhen should
be improved through three aspects: expanding the talent source of elderly care workers through multiple channels, carrying out multilevel training of elderly care workers, and comprehensively improving the working environment and employment attraction of elderly care
workers.

As the largest city in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Zhaoqing is a major agricultural city in
Guangdong Province. Therefore, eff ective rural governance will be the top priority of Zhaoqing’s rural revitalization work. Based on the
fi eld research of traditional villages in Zhaoqing, this study divides the successful cases of rural revitalization in Zhaoqing into three types.
Accordingly, it identifi es the internal coupling relationship between the “traditional village culture mode” and the “rural revitalization path.”
To further promote theoretical thinking and raise the interactive relationship between the village traditional culture model and the path of
rural revitalization to the thinking of the “two sides” of China’s governance to provide a power guarantee for the comprehensive realization
of rural revitalization.

Based on the perspective of the life cycle of buildings, a carbon emission estimation model for prefabricated buildings (PCLCA) is constructed, and conduct sensitivity analysis on the factors aff ecting carbon emissions. The results indicate that: (a) the accuracy of
the PC-LCA model is within ± 10%, which is feasible and practical. (b) the ranking of sensitivity factor coeffi cients is: design life > building
area > annual electricity consumption > carbon emission factor > annual heat consumption > annual cooling capacity. This study simplifi ed
the calculation process of carbon emissions and provided predictive suggestions for quantifying carbon emissions and optimizing carbon
reduction measures in the early stages of construction.

With the continuous development of the construction industry to the digital, intelligent and green direction, construction
units are facing new challenges in contract management and risk control. In this paper, based on the analysis of the characteristics of the
contract management of construction units under the new format, the main challenges of contract management are discussed, including the
complexity of the main structure of the contract, the specialization of the contract content, and the diversifi cation of the contract risk. On this
basis, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward, such as improving the contract management system, enhancing the professional

This paper explores the comparative perspectives between Chinese traditional wellness wisdom and health narratives in
nineteenth-century British literature, analyzing the similarities and diff erences in their health concepts, practices, and cultural backgrounds.

brought by the Industrial Revolution and their impact on individual health. British writers use vivid literary narratives to explore the intricate

Ice collapse disasters occur frequently on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. High-speed remote detrital flows not only directly
threaten the lives and property of people around, but also block rivers and form barrier lakes. In this paper, based on discrete element
numerical simulation, the process of river clogging caused by ice collapse debris fl ow in Sedongpugou, Qinghai-Tibet Plateau was simulated.
The infl uences of start-up volume, water depth and velocity on the length, height and volume of river clogging body were analyzed. The
results show that: (1) With the increase of start-up amount of debris fl ow, the volume of river clogging and the length of sedimentation along
the river show a trend of slow increase at fi rst and then steep increase; (2) the change of fl ow velocity has no obvious eff ect on the volume
and height of river blockage, but under certain water depth conditions (10 m to 35 m), the length of river blockage decreases fi rst and then
increases with the increase of fl ow velocity.

of resource integration is poor, and the phenomenon of “short chain and broken chain” exists in each link of the supply chain. The quality

Objective: To study the application and eff ect of TBL joint formative evaluation in clinical probation teaching of infectious
diseases, and to explore a new teaching model and evaluation method for clinical probation teaching of infectious diseases. Methods: The
2018 fi ve-year clinical medicine students from Zhongshan Medical College of Sun Yat-sen University were included in our department and
divided into experimental group and control group. TBL teaching was adopted in the experimental group, while traditional teaching method
was adopted in the control group. Formative evaluation was used to evaluate the teaching effect. Results: The experimental group was
superior to the control group in test scores, daily homework scores and classroom performance, and the overall satisfaction with internship,
teaching mode, teaching eff ect and teaching level was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The teachers’ teaching
ability was improved. Conclusion: The combined formative evaluation of TBL teaching method can achieve synergistic eff ect in the clinical
probation teaching of infectious diseases, which is helpful to improve the teaching quality.

This paper studies the optimization and prediction method of construction project schedule based on data model. Aiming
at the problems of extensive management and unspecific schedule goal setting in traditional project schedule management, this paper
introduces the intelligent site management system, and uses advanced technologies such as BIM technology, big data and Internet of things
to perform fi ne management of construction schedule. By analyzing the infl uencing factors of the construction schedule, including human,
material supply, environment, design, capital and construction organization, a construction schedule prediction model is constructed to
realize the simulation and real-time monitoring of the construction process. Research shows that this model can significantly improve
construction progress forecast accuracy, for the construction industry information management provides a strong support, and construction

With the social economic development and the improvement of living standards, the waste phenomenon of Chinese
college canteen is increasingly serious, the waste behavior is deeply concerned by the society. The purpose of this study was to explore the
mechanism of the infl uence of information incentive on the waste behavior in college dining halls, in o rder to provide references for reducing
the waste of campus catering. This study took many colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province as cases, based on “SOR” and “planned
behavior theory” to investigate the infl uencing factors of food waste in college canteens. The study found that information incentive can
signifi cantly reduce the willingness to waste food in college canteens, and its mechanism is mainly refl ected in the improvement of students’
saving consciousness, the change of consumption behavior and the optimization of canteens’ management, so as to provide information

Since entering the new era, China’s market economy has demonstrated strong growth potential and resilience. In response

This paper explores the challenges faced by start-ups in the consumer services sector in China in the process of innovation
and growth. The study found that more than 70% of Chinese enterprises are inclined to enter the consumer service fi eld, but these enterprises
often face fi erce market competition and lower profi t margins due to low entry barriers. The paper analyzes startups’ weaknesses in fi nancing
challenges, access to and utilization of innovative information, sources of human resources, and innovation barriers and compliance
pressure. At the same time, the article points out innovation trends in China, including the strengthening of intellectual property protection,
demand-oriented innovation policies, industrial upgrading and international cooperation. Despite the huge market, surviving-type startups have weak links in technology and capital, and lack insight into policy orientation and market trends. The paper concludes that China’s
consumer service startups need to improve their ability to integrate resources and respond positively to policy orientation in order to achieve
the development of innovation capabilities.

The current design of wearable smart health monitoring devices has improved functionality, but the emotional needs fi t is
insuffi cient, resulting in a poor user experience. This paper proposes a design method that combines deep learning, perceptual engineering
and TRIZ theory. By identifying users’ emotional needs through big data mining and deep learning technology, establishing a correlation
matrix between needs and design elements, automatically generating product design concepts that meet emotional needs, and applying TRIZ
theory to resolve design confl icts, we have successfully developed a design framework for wearable smart health monitoring devices that
balances functionality and emotional resonance. It provides a practical reference for the development of similar devices and opens up a new
direction for future research on emotional design.
